Each item is created specially for you, after you place your order. We have no standing stock prepared in advance.

All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and another one with the tracking information and a link to report any problems. In case of problems or delays, you will be notified by email.

Most items arrive within 14 days of being shipped. If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at smiley@dobrador.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please allow extra time for shipping due to COVID-related delays. Many shipping carriers have been experiencing higher than usual volumes combined with fewer than usual shipping opportunities due to a reduction in scheduled flights. This can lead to shipping delays in a few cases. Unfortunately, these delays are beyond our control, and are often hard to predict in specific cases. Please allow extra time to accommodate any possible delays in shipping.

All items in the Shopateria have free shipping to all destinations.

International Shipping

At this time, we offer international shipping to most countries. Changes may occur without notice.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including customs and VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Dobrador Shopateria is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Whenever possible, we will endeavour to ship your order to the address you choose at checkout. If there are problems with the shipping address, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to choose an alternate shipping address.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at smiley@dobrador.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and packaging. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Damage reports submitted beyond 4 weeks of the item’s arrival will not be accepted.
